Hamlet as Narrated by Street People

This parody is an adaptation of Hamlet, William Shakespeare’s masterpiece, through which the basis of power system is satirized by a comic story. The idea of directing this play was based on one technique: all the characters of the play were considered as the townsfolk who having read the story of Hamlet, played the role of one of the characters of the play according to the scenes. Therefore, the costume design followed a single idea; however, they were distinct according to different details proportionate to the social status of every character.
